How PIKO grades products

PIKO provides an informational A–C summary based on the product and ingredient information available for that item and market. It can consider barcode records, visible packaging text, ingredient lists, nutrition information, and relevant public regulatory context when those sources are available.

PIKO may use public and third-party product information, including Open Food Facts. Source availability varies by product and market, and a result can change when a recipe, label, or source record changes.
